Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. Experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.). Familiarity with ServiceNow ITIL processes and best practices. Proficient in ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.). ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
