Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in and prospective customersgreeting them, understanding their preferences, and providing tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, facilitate test drives, and explain financing and warranty options.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and additional offer components, including accessories, insurance, and finance packages.
  • Maintain a robust pipelinequalify leads, follow up proactively, and track all customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation, contracts, and manage post-sale customer follow-ups, fostering satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; strong customer service orientation.
  • In-depth product knowledge (models, features, pricing) and the ability to explain complex info simply.
  • Comfort working under sales pressure and managing both in-person and phone consultations.
  • Computer literate, especially with CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Valid driver's license (often required) and, in some regions, a clean driving record.
