Job Description Accounts Manager The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all accounting, compliance, and reporting functions of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Accounting: Manage regular accounting functions and day-to-day activities. Review accounting systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and finalize financial statements. Analyze books of accounts and provide insights or comments on financial performance. Compliance: Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and Profession Tax. Oversee MCA compliances and maintain statutory requirements. Reports: Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and debtors/creditors reports. Develop segment-wise financial reporting for management review. Prepare annual budgets and monitor variances. Manage cash flow and fund flow statements to ensure healthy liquidity. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations. Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
