Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet the organization's needs.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
