The ideal candidate will have experience handling end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments such as sales, customer service, operations, logistics, finance, HR, and more. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for non-technical roles. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Schedule and conduct interviews, including initial screening calls and face-to-face discussions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring statuses in the Excel Sheet. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process. Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track hiring progress and improve processes. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a recruiter (non-IT roles preferred). Familiarity with various job portals and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills.
