Dear HR Professional, Greetings from Easa Saleh Al Gurg !!! We are looking for a dynamic and driven Non-IT Recruiter with a passion for Engineering recruitment to join our growing team in Chennai . This role demands a high level of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to learn fast. If you have a hunger for knowledge, love working with people, and want to specialize in placing top talent in engineering and core industries, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, etc.). Screen candidates resumes and job applications, focusing on core engineering profiles such as mechanical, civil, electrical, etc. Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures and feedback. Keep up-to-date with market trends in the engineering recruitment domain. Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities on the internal ATS or recruitment tracker. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, or any relevant discipline. 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT or core engineering roles . (Freshers with relevant training/internship can also apply) . Willing to travel across India if needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn continuously and grow in the recruitment domain. Hunger for knowledge and ability to quickly understand technical roles. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) and recruitment tools.
