Roles & Responsibilities: Posting customer incoming payments in SAP on day to day basis Reconcile the accounts ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted and properly posted Verify and follow up the customer for clear the discrepancies and other deduction Sending customer statement account as per company policy Good knowledge in bank reconciliation Allocate and knockoff all on-account entries before month-end. Posting and clearing Cash ledger account Knowledge about PDC maintenance Maintain entity payment and Ledger records PDC maintenance Records daily collection received from the customer in SAP; Ensures all invoices and collections are matched accordingly; Reconciles monthly with customer to ensure no unreconciled payments; Generates weekly collection report; Assist in required GL reconciliation; Other jobs assigned by line manager as and when required Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a similar role Hands-on experience with SAP (FI Module) for customer payments, ledger postings, and reconciliations Strong understanding of accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and cash application processes Knowledge of PDC (Post-Dated Cheque) handling and ledger maintenance High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation tools) Strong communication and follow-up skills with customers and internal departments Ability to meet deadlines and manage month-end closing activities Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
