Job Description

Job Summary:

NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into NetSuite solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, CRM, and other NetSuite modules.
  • Configure NetSuite modules and workflows as per business needs.
  • Participate in the design and rollout of new NetSuite features and modules.
  • Provide user training, create documentation, and support user adoption.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Develop customizations using

    SuiteScript 1.0/2.0

    , SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems using

    SuiteTalk (Web Services/REST APIs)

    .
  • Build custom reports and saved searches to support business analytics.
  • Maintain and support custom scripts, workflows, dashboards, and forms.
  • Perform data migration and cleansing activities using CSV imports, SuiteAnalytics, or third-party tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience working in a

    NetSuite techno-functional

    role.
  • Strong knowledge of

    core NetSuite modules

    (Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, CRM).
  • Experience with

    SuiteScript (1.0/2.0)

    ,

    SuiteFlow

    ,

    SuiteBuilder

    , and

    SuiteTalk

    .
  • Understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales/CRM.
  • Hands-on experience in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration.
  • Experience with

    Saved Searches

    ,

    Dashboards

    ,

    Reports

    , and

    KPIs

    .
  • Knowledge of NetSuite release cycles and impact analysis of updates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer)
  • Experience working in multi-subsidiary or multi-currency environments.
  • Prior involvement in full lifecycle NetSuite implementation projects.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
