Job Title: .NET Tech Lead

Location: Mohali

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Tech Lead to lead our development team in building modern, scalable, and high-performance applications. The role demands a balance of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strong problem-solving skills. You will work across .NET Core, WPF, Blazor, Web, and modern frontend frameworks to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers across backend and frontend technologies.
Architect, design, and implement applications using .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
Drive development of desktop apps (WPF), web apps (Blazor, ASP.NET Core, Angular, React), and ensure integration with backend services.
Oversee technical design, code reviews, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery.
Implement microservices, cloud-native solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
Provide hands-on support in solving complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in:
C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+
ASP.NET Core MVC & Web API
WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) for desktop apps
Blazor (Server & WebAssembly) for modern web applications
Frontend frameworks: React.js or Angular
Entity Framework Core, LINQ, SQL Server
Experience with Microservices, CQRS, Event Sourcing, gRPC, and messaging queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
Proficiency in Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps), Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Strong understanding of unit testing, TDD, CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead on enterprise-grade solutions.
Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
Knowledge of modern UI/UX practices.
Microsoft certifications in .NET / Azure.
