Job Title: Sr. .NET Developer Experience: 4+ Years Location : Mohali, Phase -8A Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET technologies, be capable of independently managing tasks, participating in scrum meetings, and contributing to team activities including technical interviews. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance web and enterprise applications using .NET technologies. Work with technologies like C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with team members, testers, UI/UX designers, and project managers for successful project delivery. Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver high-quality code within deadlines. Conduct technical interviews and help evaluate potential team members when required. Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Perform code reviews and share knowledge with team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in .NET development. Required Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Good understanding of SQL Server and writing complex queries/stored procedures. Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. (Angular or React is a plus.) Experience with version control systems like Git. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Nice to Have: Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Knowledge of DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to RESTful API integration and third-party services. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and contribute to team growth. Positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
