Job Description: Angular, Senior Software Engineer is responsible to design, develop, and configure software systems to meet requirements and responsible for delivery of end-to-end systems from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance to delivery. He/She is responsible for delivering in Agile manner and follows all the software development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Primary : Develops web and/ or mobile based frontend and backend applications Responsible to develop and design of modules working on the given architecture Responsible to actively work on each stage of Agile methodologies Provides engineering support when building, deploying, configuring and supporting systems under development Works upon the new requests assigned to him and develop those features Writes design documents Resolves and troubleshoots the problems and complex issues Reports any blockers to his lead and helps unblock quickly Secondary : Reports work progress and any problems faced to the Lead Understands and evaluates complex data models Participates in software development activities such as designing, coding and debugging applications as required Collaborates on new features and user experience improvements Actively participates in team meetings, by preparing and delivering accurate estimates and progress on work assignments Eligibility Education BTech or MTech in Computer Science from a reputed institute, MCA, NIT, or IIT Experience 4-10 years of total experience in UI Development. Job Description: The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring that the building and its services meet the needs of the people working within them. This role is accountable for the overall operation, maintenance, and management of the facility, including security, cleaning, and daily operational functions. The Facility Manager will also be tasked with maintaining safety standards, handling emergencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities 1. Facility Operations Manage and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Supervise facility services such as cleaning, security, parking, and waste disposal. Ensure heating, cooling, electrical, and water systems are functioning optimally. 2. Vendor Management Oversee contracts and service agreements with third-party vendors. Ensure service providers meet agreed-upon standards and deliverables. 3. Budgeting and Financial Management Prepare and manage facility budgets, including cost control for repairs and operational expenses. Review financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with budgetary constraints. 4. Health & Safety Ensure that the facility complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and emergency drills. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans. 5. Space Management Plan, allocate, and optimize office space and other working areas. Handle office moves, additions, and changes as required. 6. Preventative Maintenance Develop a preventive maintenance schedule for all facility systems. Regularly inspect facilities to identify and address issues before they become serious problems. 7. Team Management Lead, manage, and motivate the facility team (cleaning staff, security personnel, maintenance workers, etc.). Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. 8. Compliance Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Maintain records and documentation related to facility operations, maintenance, and safety protocols. 9. Travel and Hospitality Coordination Manage flight bookings for staff and visitors as required. Coordinate hotel accommodations for business travel and guest stays. Oversee food ordering for meetings, events, and daily office requirements, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in facility management, property management, or a related area. - Knowledge of building management systems (BMS), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and liaise with external vendors. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software (e.g., CMMS).
