.NET Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering technical excellence and growth.
Own the
design, architecture, and delivery
of complex .NET applications (Core/Framework).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Security) to deliver high-quality releases.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code reviews.
Drive the adoption of
cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)
and modern DevOps practices.
Guide the development of microservices, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues in production systems.
Act as a technical point of contact, providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
Champion Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience
in software development with strong expertise in
.NET Core / .NET Framework
.
Proven experience as a
Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer
in enterprise or product-based environments.
Strong knowledge of
C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, RESTful services, Entity Framework, and LINQ
.
Hands-on experience with
cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
and containerization (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Solid understanding of
software architecture patterns
(microservices, event-driven, layered).
Proficiency in SQL databases (
SQL Server
) and ORM frameworks.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps collaboration
.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (e.g.,
Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate
).
Experience working in
SaaS / multi-tenant platforms
.
Exposure to
front-end frameworks
(React, Angular, or similar).
Knowledge of
security best practices
in enterprise applications.
