.Net Tech Lead

Role Overview: As a Tech Lead, your primary responsibility is to design end-to-end solutions for enterprise applications, with a specific focus on .NET, Angular, Azure, and CI/CD DevOps processes. You will be leading the architecture of cloud-native applications, microservices, and serverless solutions on Azure. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the development of high-level architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and flexibility of software applications across multiple platforms. - Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes. - Guide and mentor engineering teams to ensure adherence to architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices. - Develop integration strategies using RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures for seamless communication across systems. - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable architectures and solutions. - Provide leadership on technology decisions, offering expertise in .NET, Angular, Azure, DevOps, and other technologies based on project needs. - Design and implement solutions utilizing a mix of .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and other relevant cloud services. - Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance optimization, and cloud cost management for cloud-based solutions. - Leverage your multi-disciplinary experience in Java and Python to influence solution design across different technology stacks. - Define and implement strategies for continuous improvement of architecture processes, tooling, and practices. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions with complex integration needs and varying performance requirements. - Develop architectural blueprints and documentation for the design and implementation of projects. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with organizational goals and strategies. - Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations, especially in cloud computing, DevOps, and full-stack development.
