Job Description: Core Technologies: .NET Core, Azure and React.js Job location: Pune, Nagpur Years of Experience: 8+ years Notice Period: Immediate. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture – Lead technical planning, design scalable solutions, and drive decision-making while ensuring best practices. Hands-on Development – Develop, test, and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with business and technical requirements. Agile Execution & Project Planning – Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, refine backlog, estimate development efforts, and proactively resolve blockers. Code Quality & Reviews – Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration, automation). Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve requirements, feedback, and design challenges. Mentorship & Team Growth – Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Deployment & DevOps Best Practices – Oversee secure and efficient deployments, ensure CI/CD adoption, and maintain post-deployment stability. Must-Have Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, specializing in React, C#, Azure Proven leadership experience in driving technical solutions, mentoring developers, and managing end-to-end development lifecycles. Expertise in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) with a strong focus on performance optimization and responsive design. Strong backend proficiency in C#, .NET Core , including API development, microservices architecture, and database management ( SQL, NoSQL, Cosmos DB ). Cloud and DevOps experience , particularly with Azure (preferred) or AWS , including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and serverless computing, including Terraform as IaC. Solid understanding of security best practices , authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and data protection techniques. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies , project estimation, sprint planning, and backlog management. Strong database design skills , including data modeling, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
