Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team.Day-to-day responsibility of a Tech Lead.
- Work on features to completion in conjunction with the Product team.
- Major contributor to the design and implementation of the overall architecture of the project
- Own the development and delivery of the product. Develop high-quality software using industry and team best practices.
- Work as part of an agile team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers on development best practices.
- Lead code and design reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Debug and resolve technical issues.
- Write unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Communicate technical needs to the rest of the team so that refactoring, technology changes, and technical debt are tracked and accounted for.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Work with CI/CD systems to ensure efficient and automated deployment processes.
- Maintain application quality and ensure responsiveness
- Continuously help the team to improve by being actively involved in team meetings and ceremonies (architecture, refinements, retrospectives, demos, standups, etc.…).
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required experience:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Excellent OOP Skills.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .Net/Core technologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Communication protocols: HTTP, RESTful APIs
- Exposure and experience with AWS.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
- Able to write clean, maintainable, and innovative code.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Mongo DB, Oracle, or Postgres database.
- Experience with distributed systems methods and practices
- Experience with automated testing and software verification (unit, integration)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working on back-end technologies.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a four-year college or university with a minimum 3.0 GPA
