Job Description

As the National Sales Manager at YERA Glassware, you will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy for our product portfolio across various channels including general trade, modern trade, and institutional markets. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, forecasting sales targets, and ensuring that business goals are met. Your expertise in the glassware industry, along with a deep understanding of general trade dynamics and proficiency in Salesforce Automation tools, will be crucial for success in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include strategic planning and execution, team leadership, channel management, Salesforce Automation implementation, market intelligence analysis, and reporting to senior management. You will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Officers, driving performance through mentoring, training, and motivation. By strengthening our general trade network, expanding our presence in modern trade and institutional sales, and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, you will contribute to the growth of YERA Glassware. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably with an MBA in Sales/Marketing, and at least 12-18 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within the FMCG, Glassware, Appliances, or Household Appliances industry. Your proven track record in the glassware/cookware/crockery sector, exposure to general trade and distribution management, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools will be essential. Additionally, strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM/SFA platforms, are desired qualities.
