Position Summary: The National Sales Manager (NSM) will be responsible for leading and executing the national sales strategy for YERA’s product portfolio across general trade, modern trade, and institutional channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the glassware or related industry, a strong understanding of general trade dynamics, and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Automation (SFA) tools. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business goals. Identify growth opportunities across regions and channels. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Sales Officers. Drive performance through regular reviews, training, and motivation. Channel Management Strengthen general trade network across urban and rural markets. Expand presence in modern trade and institutional sales. Build and maintain strong distributor and retailer relationships. Salesforce Automation (SFA) Implement and optimize SFA tools to improve field force productivity. Monitor real-time sales data, beat planning, and secondary sales tracking. Train the sales team on effective use of SFA tools. Market Intelligence & Reporting Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Recommend product and pricing strategies based on market dynamics. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Experience strictly from FMCG/ Glassware/ Appliances/ Household appliances industry needed. Experience: 12–18 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in the glassware/cookware/crockery industry. Strong exposure to general trade and distribution management. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools. Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/SFA platforms.
