Job Description

  1. Planning & Meeting Order Booking related targets: Be part of SBP & ABP exercise to plan the growth targets. Plan teams' sales work on daily basis along with SO; Monitor enquiries & Plan out how to convert them into orders. Develop & implement sales strategies to win jobs. Meet Order booking related targets as per ABP
  2. OEM relations: Work closely with OEMs and co-ordinate w.r.t. leads generation, development of key accounts to have big sales impact. Weekly meeting with OEM person; keep track of leads and enquiry details; participate in weekly reviews. Provide inputs for monthly review.
  3. Prospective Customer Visits: Meet prospective customers, Understanding requirements, Evaluate options for solutions and enable development of solutions as per customer needs. Make Effective Presentation.
  4. Develop and Drive Team to achieve results: Develop second line. Support team to meet their respective targets. Develop SDE for in-sync growth of resources and business
  5. Order Closure: Push the live enquiries to closure with followup with customer and internal team. Participate in negotiation meeting and close the orders. Ensure standard VTSPL payment terms and scope of work and get approved the same from customer. Plan and Discuss the case-specific sales strategy with management as and when required
  6. OB Strategy for Key Accounts & New Customers: Strategise and Forecast cases with Key accounts including AMCs; as well as at new customers.
  7. EMS & Customer Data Bank: Ensure EMS updates and Reporting. Participate in weekly sales reviews and drive it through Sales Operations. Update Customer Data Bank.
  8. Consultant Meetings: Meet consultants to generate leads. Establish / maintain good rapport with key consultants. Develop a pool of consultants through regular and frequent meetings. Provide all required inputs, co-ordination required for their cases and ensure these cases are converted into orders.
  9. Market and competition Information & required Skill upgrade- Share trends in market within team. Know features and drawbacks of other systems available in market. Trends would include product, technology and solutions other maket players are offering in the market.
  10. Track and ensure marketing activities as per plan. Ensure team skill set upgrade as per the requirement through Trainings & certificates.
  11. Strict Adherence to Process : Adhere and Refine sales process;
  12. Strict compliance to all organisational processes internally & externally.
  13. Internal - Cost & scope approvals, regular reviews, OTM, team targets, Quartely appraisals and assessment.
  14. External - Offer standardisation, Payment terms, commercial terms and conditions, gross margins, Delivery schedule commitments, Risk evaluations and approvals etc.
