Role Overview

We are hiring a strategic and performance-driven

National Sales Head

to lead Pinkvilla’s revenue growth across

branded content, influencer marketing, display ads, IP sponsorships,

and

video monetization

. This leadership role will build high-impact client relationships and steer business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership

  • Own revenue targets across all sales streams
  • Develop scalable pricing models and monetization strategies

Client & Agency Engagement

  • Build senior-level relationships across key categories (FMCG, BFSI, Auto, Fashion, etc.)
  • Ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Drive acquisition of new clients and categories
  • Innovate with custom IPs and integrated brand solutions

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team
  • Define and track OKRs/KRAs and drive team capability building

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with content, production, influencer, and marketing teams
  • Shape GTM strategies for Pinkvilla IPs and new initiatives

Sales Operations & Strategy

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM usage
  • Track market trends and competitive offerings to inform pitches

Qualifications

  • 12–15 years in digital media sales, including 5+ years in a national leadership role
  • Proven experience in driving branded content and influencer campaigns
  • Strong network with agencies and top brands
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-led sales planning
