Role Overview

We are hiring a strategic and performance-driven

National Sales Head

to lead Pinkvilla’s revenue growth across

branded content, influencer marketing, display ads, IP sponsorships,

and

video monetization

. This leadership role will build high-impact client relationships and steer business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership

Own revenue targets across all sales streams
Develop scalable pricing models and monetization strategies

Client & Agency Engagement

Build senior-level relationships across key categories (FMCG, BFSI, Auto, Fashion, etc.)
Ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business

Sales Growth & Business Development

Drive acquisition of new clients and categories
Innovate with custom IPs and integrated brand solutions

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team
Define and track OKRs/KRAs and drive team capability building

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with content, production, influencer, and marketing teams
Shape GTM strategies for Pinkvilla IPs and new initiatives

Sales Operations & Strategy

Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM usage
Track market trends and competitive offerings to inform pitches

Qualifications

12–15 years in digital media sales, including 5+ years in a national leadership role
Proven experience in driving branded content and influencer campaigns
Strong network with agencies and top brands
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and consultative selling skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-led sales planning
