Job Description

As a National Sales Head at Agrim, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the bulk business sector. Your primary focus will be on enhancing revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading Agrim's bulk business, overseeing the Supply, Demand, and Matchmaking teams to optimize market opportunities through structured processes, data-driven insights, and stakeholder alignment. Your key responsibilities will include: Business Growth & Revenue Leadership: - Take ownership of business expansion by increasing both customers and suppliers on the platform. - Develop strategies to enhance wallet share through improved retention and repeat purchases. - Identify high-potential markets, launch new initiatives, and effectively scale operations. P&L Ownership & Predictability: - Develop a comprehensive P&L model to enhance revenue predictability and cost efficiency. - Continuously optimize unit economics, pricing strategies, and margin structures. - Conduct price benchmarking against competitors and alternative channels. Process Optimization & Fulfillment Excellence: - Design and implement SOPs to ensure smooth operations within the supply and demand teams. - Enhance customer and supplier experience by eliminating inefficiencies and improving service levels. - Implement risk mitigation strategies for price volatility, supplier dependency, and stock obsolescence. Team Leadership & Performance Management: - Lead and manage the Managers, Strategy Associate, and Business Analysts to ensure alignment with business goals. - Define and monitor KPIs to track individual and team performance effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Strategy, or Sales Leadership. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong ability to break down complex problems into structured components, a data-driven mindset, and a high level of ownership, drive, and hunger for success. Experience in the bulk business sector is considered a plus.
