Role Overview:

National Manager – Temp Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for all temporary, contractual, and short-term staffing needs.
• Partner with business leaders, workforce planning, and HRBPs to understand hiring forecasts and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Build a scalable hiring process for volume hiring across functions like operations, customer support, field staff, etc.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, staffing agencies, and job portals.
• Leverage sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, internal referrals, campus drives) for efficient temp talent acquisition.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators focused on temp hiring.
• Implement metrics-driven hiring processes to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Report regularly to leadership on hiring progress across PAN India, pipeline status, and areas of concern.
• Drive employer branding efforts specific to temp hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of recruitment experience 
• Proven experience in managing temp hiring for large organizations or agencies.
• Familiarity with recruitment tech (ATS, CRM), data analytics, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
