Job Summary: The Mass Hiring Recruiter will be responsible for planning and executing high-volume recruitment drives to meet the organizations manpower requirements within defined timelines. The role involves end-to-end bulk hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The recruiter must ensure quality hiring, timely closures, and a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute mass hiring drives across multiple locations or projects. • Collaborate with hiring managers and project heads to understand headcount requirements and timelines. • Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, agencies, and f ield sourcing as required. • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates suitability for various roles. • Coordinate and schedule walk-ins, interviews, and assessment rounds. • Maintain daily/weekly hiring trackers and share regular reports with stakeholders. • Manage the end-to-end bulk recruitment process — from sourcing to selection and onboarding. • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, consultants, and colleges for volume hiring support. • Ensure timely completion of documentation, background verification (BGV), and joining formalities. • Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines and allocated budgets. • Work closely with vendor management teams and internal stakeholders for smooth coordination. Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple hiring drives simultaneously. • Good coordination and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, trackers, and recruitment tools. • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and process-focused approach. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred). • 1–5 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring (industry preference can be added if needed).
