Experience- 2 plus years with relevant experience into HR operations only .

Location- Mumbai- Worli

Edu- Graduate

Role & responsibilities

.

Maintain employee records in HRIS/ERP systems.
Coordinate with departments for onboarding, ID cards, and background verification.
Support audits by preparing required HR documentation and reports.

Attendance & Leave Management:

Manage biometric/time-tracking systems and ensure accuracy of attendance records.
Monitor absenteeism, shift schedules, and leave balances.
Reconcile attendance data with payroll for error-free salary processing.

Exit Management:

Handle the full and final settlement process including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
Ensure exit formalities are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
Maintain exit data and generate attrition reports for analysis.

Payroll Management:

End-to-end payroll processing in coordination with finance/payroll vendor.
Ensure accurate salary computation, deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), reimbursements, and tax compliance.
Handle payroll queries, payslip distribution, and salary-related documentation

HR Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Maternity Benefit Act, etc.).
Prepare and maintain statutory records/registers as required by authorities.
Handle labor inspections, audits, and liaison with legal or compliance consultants.
Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs in line with regulatory changes.
