Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed CTC: Rs.19350 to Rs.24250

Fixed Gross: Rs.16500 to Rs.21000

Fixed Take Home: Rs.14756 to Rs.19200

(Salary will be fixed based on interview performance)

Additional Benefits:

Fixed Daily allowance: Rs.175 (175*26 days=4550)

Fixed Petrol allowance: Rs.5.00 Per KM (Approx 20 KM*5=Rs.100)

Fixed Mobile Allowance: Rs.300 (month)

Key Responsibilities:

Promote above car vehicles aftermarket products to dealers, distributors, and retailers

Conduct 15 20 dealer visits daily within the assigned territory

Achieve sales targets on focus parts and process orders using the mobile app

Develop product knowledge and understand part numbers quickly

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners

Submit timely updates and field reports; proficiency in local language required

Future career path:

MSR / MTR will be considered / preferred for Full time position as Field Parts Engineer in Brakes India after completion of 2 - 4 years based on the Education, performance, potential and availability of position.
