About The Role
Established Field Service professional. Interacts with customers and field team members. Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system-related problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage MIS dashboards and reports for business leaders
- Consolidate and streamline data from multiple platforms.
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends and support decision-making.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all reporting
- Prepare impactful documentation and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Skilled in Data Analytics & Forecasting
- Experience with dashboards, pivot tables, and BI tools
- Ability to unify data from varied systems and sources
- Clear and effective communicator (written + verbal)
- Able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
