MIS Lead

Role Overview: As the MIS Team Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading the MIS team in managing end-to-end MIS reporting, data analysis, and process automation. Your role will involve delivering accurate and timely insights to support decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and problem-solving mindset will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the MIS team to oversee day-to-day reporting, data management, and analysis. - Design, develop, and deliver accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management and business stakeholders. - Ensure timely and accurate data collation, validation, and dissemination. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Develop and automate reports using tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. - Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement process improvements & automation. - Provide insights on business performance, highlight trends, and support management in strategic decision-making. - Train, mentor, and manage MIS team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 7+ years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting, with at least 2-3 years in a team lead/managerial role. - Experience in handling large datasets and working in a corporate/business environment. - Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives preferred.,
