Roles & Responsibilities: -
Looking for an enterprising & a data driven individual with a min. 3 years of work experience as a Business analytics or Data analyst preferably in Consulting, KPOs or Data Analytics services or related industries. The individual will be responsible for -
Data Handling & Management
- Gather relevant data from various sources and clean, process & transform raw data into a usable format
- Automate and create interactive dashboards that are easily readable & enable real-monitoring of key metrics
- Proficiency with MS-Excel, SQL (Structured Query Language), Power BI and ability to work with databases
Data Analysis & Insights
- Ability to understand the business metrics & identify the problem areas based on the metrics trends
- Is able to breakdown the problem into logical & actionable components
- Provide recommendations based on data findings to support decision-making.
- Co-own & Co-create initiatives to the business teams to meet the objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Program Management
- Collaborate with the cluster head, regional teams, growth teams & central stakeholders to drive regional initiatives and able to track & report the progress
Desired Candidate:-
- Preferably from science, mathematics, statistics or an engineering background
- Must be motivated & self-driven to get into the details & ensure sustainable solutions.
- Openness to learn & adapt to the dynamic business context
- 2-3 year Work Experience of SQL and MS-Excel
- Understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) to work with databases.
- Ability to clean, explore, and structure the data from data
