MIS Lead

As an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Team Lead, your role involves leading the MIS team in managing end-to-end MIS reporting, data analysis, process automation, and providing accurate, timely insights for decision-making. You will utilize your technical expertise, leadership skills, and problem-solving mindset to ensure effective operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the MIS team and oversee day-to-day reporting, data management, and analysis. - Design, develop, and deliver accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management and business stakeholders. - Ensure timely and accurate data collation, validation, and dissemination. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights. - Develop and automate reports using tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. - Identify and implement process improvements and automation in reporting processes. - Provide insights on business performance, highlight trends, and support strategic decision-making. - Train, mentor, and manage MIS team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strong expertise in MIS reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar visualization tools. - Understanding of data management, dashboards, and automation. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Strong leadership and people management abilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and deliver under pressure. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 7+ years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting, with at least 2-3 years in a team lead/managerial role. - Experience in handling large datasets and working in a corporate/business environment. - Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.,
