Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports to support strategic business decisions.
Maintain and monitor data integrity across MIS databases ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and refine reporting processes.
Generate periodic management reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership.
Identify and implement process improvements in data consolidation and reporting workflow.
Ensure timely report compilation and adherence to company standards.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in MIS and data analysis with a strong background in report generation.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail for interpreting data insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for stakeholder reporting.
Ability to manage multiple data sources and ensure high data integrity.

Preferred

Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Background in financial reporting or business analytics is advantageous.
