Position Overview: We are looking for a proficient Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Director. This role requires exceptional follow-up skills to translate priorities into clear plans, and keep information, people, and paperwork movingacross commercial, finance, and plant ops. Key Responsibilities: Take MoMs in Meetings. Engage in project management tasks and ensure thorough follow-up on action item. Provide a Daily snapshot (what moved, what slipped, decisions needed) and a short weekly summary across ops/commercial/finance. Prepare, organize, and analyse various reports such as sales, collections, and debtor status. Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule, communications, and travel. Manage, filter, and follow up on emails and calls. Organize documents and maintain records like stock portfolios and insurance policies. Manage LinkedIn presence and other ad hoc tasks like designing posters and updating websites. Required Skills: Street smart: Gets things done on the ground—vendors, logistics, paperwork—no excuses Commercial sense: Understand margins, pricing basics, and the cost impact of delays Accounting/finance basics: GST-aware, invoicing flow, reconciliations, payment terms, simple MIS Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Chat GPT, Tally, basic graphic design, Google Workspace, advanced Sheets; comfort with tools like Click Up/Notion/Air table Good Problem-solving skill. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Exceptional command over spoken and written English. Proven experience in a fast-paced executive support role. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Preferred Qualifications: MBA / Equivalent Post Graduate qualification / B. Com / Any Finance background / Equivalent Prior experience supporting top leadership or CXO-level professionals.
