Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and motivated Quality Engineers to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high product standards.

Job Details:

Senior Profile:

• Experience Required: 2–4 years
• Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
• Responsibilities:
• Lead quality assurance activities and mentor junior team members.
• Analyze quality metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage quality documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Junior Profile:

• Experience Required: Freshers
• Salary: ₹12,000–₹17,000 per month
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in quality inspections and reporting.
• Support senior engineers in maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in training and skill development programs.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality assurance tools, techniques, and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
