Prepare, consolidate, and distribute timely MIS reports and KPI dashboards across Finance, Sales, and Operations to support leadership decision-making.
Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines using Excel, VBA, Power BI, and SQL to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Validate and reconcile source data across ERPs, CRMs, and spreadsheets; implement data quality checks and exception handling.
Develop clear visualizations and one-page management summaries that surface trends, variances, and action-oriented insights.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, prioritize ad‑hoc analytics requests, and translate needs into repeatable reports.
Continuously improve reporting processes—document playbooks, version control, and handover materials for smooth operations.
