Job Description

1. Job Purpose:The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, automating data processes, and ensuring data accuracy for management review. 2. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as per business requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Maintain and update dashboards to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate with departments to collect required data accurately and on time. Develop automated reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Generate performance and productivity reports for management. Assist in process improvements through data analysis. Support management in ad-hoc data requirements and presentations. Handle data backup and security procedures. 3. Required Skills & Competencies:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard, Macros). Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI / Tableau preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and coordination skills. Time management and ability to work under pressure. 4. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis role. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage. 5. Performance Indicators (KPIs):Accuracy and timeliness of reports. Quality of data analysis and insights. Process automation and efficiency improvements. On-time delivery of management dashboards. Data security and compliance adherence.
