Job Description

A Sales Coordinator is a support role within the sales function, responsible for assisting the sales team with processes, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth business operations. JOB Role: Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Preparing quotations, proposals, and order confirmations. Documentation: Handling purchase orders, invoices, agreements, and contracts. Coordination: Acting as a bridge between sales engineers, customers, logistics, and accounts. CRM & Reporting: Maintaining sales records, updating CRM tools, and generating sales reports. Follow-ups: Coordinating with customers on pending orders, payments, and after-sales support. Logistics & Dispatch: Ensuring timely delivery of products/services in coordination with operations. Communication: Responding to customer inquiries, sending product details, and providing basic technical or commercial clarifications. Skills RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Attention to detail and organizational ability. Basic commercial and technical understanding (depending on industry). Role Objective The main goal is to relieve the sales team from administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on closing deals, while ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support.
