Job Description

Job Responsibility :-

Sales Support & Order Management

  • Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product specs (e.g., wire rod ), and quantities.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, contracts, and related sales documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales records and documentation in CRM systems, spreadsheets, or ERP software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, planning) to confirm order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

2. Customer Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary contact for customers on order status, product availability, pricing, deliveries, and post-sale support.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, helping to resolve issues and identify opportunities for repeat business.

3. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with production, planning, logistics, and finance to ensure order accuracy and timely shipments.
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales and internal departments to avoid delays or misalignments.

4. Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales activity reports (orders, forecasts, performance metrics) for management or sales leadership.
  • Update and maintain customer and sales databases, ensuring information integrity. AllRemote.
  • Assist in sales planning activities, such as internal sales meetings or team calendar management.

5. Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain a strong understanding of wire rod products, including specifications, quality standards, and application areas. (Important if working with steel/wire rod product lines.)
  • Monitor market conditions and competition for pricing and lead-time insights (especially relevant in steel/metal sectors).

6. Support to Sales Team

  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-up.
  • Help schedule appointments, client follow-ups, trade show coordination, and sales presentations.

  • English :- Must
  • Experience :- 2 to 3 year Minimum
