1. Job Purpose:To build brand awareness, generate quality business leads, and support the sales team through strategic social media marketing of capital products such as screw air compressors, dryers, and related industrial solutions.
2. Key Responsibilities:A. Content Strategy & Planning:Create a monthly social media calendar aligned with business and sales objectives.
Develop marketing campaigns showcasing product benefits like energy savings, reliability, and ROI.
Coordinate with the sales & service teams for real customer stories, case studies, and project updates.
B. Content Creation & Posting:Design professional posts, reels, and videos demonstrating product features and industrial applications.
Highlight technical advantages, power savings, and reliability of screw air compressors.
Maintain consistent posting across all platforms.

C. Lead Generation & Campaign Management:Run paid and organic campaigns targeting industrial buyers and decision-makers.
Optimize ads for leads and conversions (enquiry forms, landing pages, WhatsApp leads).
Track campaign performance and share weekly/monthly reports.
D. Branding & Community Building:Build strong online brand positioning through technical storytelling and industry use cases.
Engage with followers through comments, messages, and industry-specific groups.
Promote case studies, site installation updates, energy-saving results, and client testimonials.
E. Coordination & Reporting:Coordinate with the design, sales, and service teams for real-time content updates.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of reach, engagement, leads, and campaign ROI.
Suggest new trends, hashtags, and strategies to improve performance.
3. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of industrial marketing & B2B communication.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools.
Good knowledge of paid ad management on Meta, LinkedIn & Google.
Excellent communication and content writing skills.
Ability to understand technical product features and convert them into simple marketing messages.
Analytical mindset for tracking and optimizing campaigns.
4. Qualifications & Experience:Graduate or Post-Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media.
2 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably industrial or capital goods sector).
Knowledge of B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
5. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):Increase in social media followers & engagement.
Number of qualified leads generated through campaigns.
Conversion of online leads into offline sales opportunities.
Cost per lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Consistency in posting and branding quality.
