MIS Coordinator

Dear Candidates              We are looking for MIS Coordinator Job Profile: MIS Coordinator & MIS OPeration Location  : Ahmedabad Education: Any Graduate Experience: 1 to 4 Salary : 18000 to 22000 + Incentive Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management & ReportingCollect, compile, and analyze data from various departments. Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports. Maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring sheets. Generate reports related to attendance, productivity, sales, recruitment, finance, etc. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all MIS reports. 2. Excel & Data AnalysisUse advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, IF Formula, Conditional Formatting, Dashboard Creation). Prepare automated spreadsheets and templates for regular reporting. Identify data errors and inconsistencies and correct them proactively. 3. Coordination & CommunicationAct as a bridge between management and different departments for data requirements. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, Sales, Delivery, and Project teams for required information. Provide support in preparing presentations, KPIs, business plans, and review reports. 4. Database & System ManagementUpdate internal systems with new data and employee details. Maintain recruitment, attendance, onboarding, and productivity trackers. Support implementation and maintenance of ERP/HRMS/CRM systems. 5. Process ImprovementSuggest improvements in reporting formats and data collection methods. Automate repetitive tasks using Excel formulas or basic tools. Maintain documentation and SOPs for MIS processes. Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets Good understanding of MIS Reporting, Data Management & Analysis Knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing presentations Basic understanding of SQL / Power BI (added advantage) Strong communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to work under timelines Key CompetenciesAnalytical thinking Please send me your updated CV With below details … 1.
