🌟 We're Hiring: MIS Analyst! 🌟

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contact Center Business Analyst to support our operations team by delivering insightful, data-driven reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contact center sales metrics and performance indicators and will be highly proficient in Excel to create dashboards, summaries, and pivot tables that help drive operational efficiency and decision-making.

💼 Role:

MIS Analyst

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain operational reports that track key performance indicators (sales KPIs) across contact center functions
Create and manage Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, and data summaries for leadership review
Collaborate with operations teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
Present data in a clear, concise format to support performance improvement initiatives
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting deliverables
Support ad hoc reporting requests as needed
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Assist with sales forecasting and goal-setting to help drive planning and performance targets
Translate data into clear, concise visualizations and executive-ready insights

Qualifications

Proven experience in contact center operations or reporting roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Familiarity with other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not required
