This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Advertisement Associate, located in Bhubaneswar. The Meta Advertisement Associate will be responsible for creating and managing online ad campaigns, optimizing advertising performance, conducting market research, developing strategies to reach target audiences, and analyzing campaign data to improve results.
achelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
4 yrs with 2 yrs at least in digital Agency years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns in a performance marketing environment.
Advanced proficiency in Meta Associate, Pixel implementation, and CAPI configuration.
Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
Demonstrated experience in scaling campaigns with measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
End-to-end execution of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including campaign structuring, audience segmentation, budgeting, and performance optimization.
Audience Strategy:
Develop and manage custom and lookalike audiences; leverage interest and behavioral targeting to reach relevant user segments effectively.
Tracking & Attribution:
Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) to ensure data accuracy and actionable attribution.
Creative Optimization:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative’s. Conduct structured A/B tests to optimize ad copy, creative’s, and CTAs for maximum engagement.
· Analytics & Insights:
Monitor and interpret key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA). Deliver regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Budget Stewardship:
Manage and allocate daily and monthly ad budgets efficiently. Apply bid strategy best practices to drive cost efficiency and campaign scalability.
Funnel Strategy Alignment:
Map campaigns to user journey stages (awareness, consideration, conversion) and align messaging and creative’s accordingly for enhanced funnel performance.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure all advertising initiatives align with Meta’s advertising policies, minimizing the risk of ad disapprovals or account-level violations.
Min 4 years with at least 2 years in a digital agency
