Merchandiser

🧵 We're Hiring: MERCHANDISER – GARMENT MANUFACTURING (On-Site, Full-Time)

Location:

Rainbow Texfab Pvt. Ltd.

Japan, Australia, and more

• End-to-end coordination with international buyers for sampling, order approvals, and updates
• Liaising with internal departments – sourcing, sampling, production, quality – to ensure timely execution
• Managing costings, product development, and accurate TNA planning
• Following up with vendors and suppliers for trims, fabrics, and materials
• Maintaining trackers and documentation across sampling, order status, and dispatch timelines
• Supporting documentation and export-related processes as needed
• Identifying and resolving issues in the supply chain or production flow proactively

• Experience:

  3–5 years in garment export merchandising

• Skills:

  Strong communication in English & Hindi, coordination, planning, follow-up, and execution

• Tools:

  Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tracking/reporting tools

• Work Style:

  Organized, deadline-focused, with a problem-solving mindset

• Personality:

  Reliable, proactive, and able to work across teams effectively

• Exposure to international buyers and structured production workflows
• Supportive, system-oriented, and ethical work environment
