Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in New Delhi, India. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning, on-boarding brands/ designers, and managing them to meet customer demand. Responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to maximize sales, monitoring brand or designer performance, and maintaining excellent relationships with them. The position requires regular coordination with the team to align with brand strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members, brands, designers and customers.
• Experience in Sales and Retail environments, with the ability to drive revenue and optimize customer experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail and a creative approach to merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for the fashion industry and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
