end-to-end order execution and customer coordination

2. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1: Order Management & Execution

  • Receive and review

    customer orders / POs

    for product specifications, quantities, prices, and delivery timelines.
  • Create and maintain

    order sheets / SOs

    in ERP or tracking systems.
  • Ensure accurate communication of order requirements to PPC, Production, and Procurement teams.
  • Track orders from

    order confirmation to final dispatch

    .

2: Customer Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned customers.
  • Share

    order confirmations, timelines, and updates

    with customers.
  • Handle customer queries related to product details, order status, changes, and documentation.
  • Communicate delays or risks proactively and manage expectations.

3: Sampling & Product Development Support

  • Coordinate with Design and Development teams for

    new product samples, revisions, and approvals

    .
  • Share drawings, images, and samples with customers for approval.
  • Track sample timelines, feedback, and approvals to avoid order delays.

4: Production & PPC Coordination

  • Work closely with

    PPC and Production

    to ensure correct planning as per order priority.
  • Monitor production progress against committed delivery dates.
  • Highlight risks related to material availability, capacity, or timelines and escalate early.

5: Quality, Packing & Compliance

  • Coordinate with

    QC

    to ensure products meet approved specifications and customer requirements.
  • Ensure correct

    packing details, labeling, barcodes, and carton markings

    as per customer and export norms.
  • Share customer-specific quality or compliance requirements with internal teams.

6: Dispatch, Logistics & Documentation

  • Coordinate with Logistics for

    dispatch planning and shipment schedules

    .
  • Prepare and verify

    shipping documents

    such as invoice, packing list, BL/AWB details, COO, etc. (with Accounts/Logistics).
  • Share dispatch details and documents with customers on time.

7: Data Management & MIS

  • Maintain accurate

    order trackers, shipment status, and customer records

    .
  • Prepare and share

    order execution MIS

    (open orders, delays, shipments, pending approvals).
  • Ensure data accuracy in ERP regarding quantities, values, and delivery dates.
