Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for tasks such as managing product displays, analyzing sales trends, optimizing the inventory and stock levels, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience. Additionally, the Merchandiser will be involved in implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, vendors, and customers effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Experience in sales and knowledge of retail operations to optimize merchandising efforts.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and their application to improve product visibility and boost sales.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to analyze sales data and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
