Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser at Jay Jay Mills, located in Tiruppur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal teams to manage orders and ensure timely delivery. Key tasks will include communicating with clients to understand requirements, supervising order processing, collaborating with production teams to ensure quality standards, and addressing any issues related to production or delivery. The Merchandiser will also work to maintain strong customer relationships and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Sales, Retail, and Marketing experience to support client needs and promote company products effectively.
• Ability to coordinate and handle multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in merchandising or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the textile or apparel industry is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field is desirable.
