👨💻 Be the go-to person for all IT-related issues at the office and factory.
🖥️ Set up and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
🌐 Ensure smooth internet connectivity, LAN/WAN support, and firewall management.
🛠️ Handle software installation, troubleshooting, updates, and user access rights.
🔧 Maintain biometric systems, CCTV cameras, and ERP system connections.
📂 Backup and data management — prevent chaos before it starts.
🧠 Provide basic tech training/support to staff (yes, even for the “Why is my printer not printing?” moments).
🔒 Ensure antivirus, cyber-security protocols, and system security updates are active and effective.
✅ Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, printer setup, and common business software.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot calmly and solve tech problems efficiently.
✅ A go-getter with patience, clarity, and excellent communication skills.
✅ Prior experience in a manufacturing setup is a big plus.
