The role involves managing the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network security, and maintaining all necessary IT systems and databases. The Executive will also be responsible for implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, providing IT support to staff, and keeping up with new technology trends to align IT strategies with business goals. Qualifications Technical skills in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and network security Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as knowledge of database management Understanding of IT project implementation and developing technology solutions for business efficiency Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail Familiarity with emerging technology trends and a proactive approach to continuous learning Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in managing IT responsibilities in a manufacturing or export environment is an advantage Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
