Job Summary:

Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for all international garment buyers.
• Handle buyer queries, complaints, and requests with promptness and professionalism.
• Communicate style approvals, order status, and shipment updates clearly and on time.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and quality control teams to meet buyer expectations.
• Maintain accurate buyer communication logs, approvals, and documentation.
• Draft professional emails, order confirmations, and reports for export clients.
• Monitor buyer satisfaction and proactively resolve any concerns.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills

  – both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Prior experience in

  garment manufacturing/export industry

  preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a buyer-first approach.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and queries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management within the apparel industry.
