Role : Hubspot Marketing and CRM Specialist (Software industry experience must) You’re a Good Fit if You Bring: 3–6 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub . Proven experience setting up or managing HubSpot as a Super Admin. Strong technical skills with integrations (using native & third-party tools) like Zapier, Make etc. Strong knowledge of workflows, lists, sequences, custom objects, custom properties, HubSpot landing pages, forms, templates, UTMs, campaign tracking, and automation. Solid understanding of CRM structure, data hygiene, and lifecycle management Ability to build dashboards, reports, scoring models, and attribution logic (knowledge of additional analytics tools is a bonus) Good to have: Exposure to ABM tools (Warmly, Bombora, Clay, 6sense, etc.) Good to have: HubSpot Academy Certifications.
