Role Overview

IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

System & Network Management

• Administer and maintain

  servers, networks, and end-user systems

  .
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure

  minimal downtime

  .
• Implement and manage

  backup and disaster recovery

  processes.

IT Support & Maintenance

• Provide

  Level 1 & Level 2 technical support

  to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage

  user accounts, permissions, and access rights

  .
• Perform routine system maintenance, patches, and application updates.

Security & Compliance

• Implement IT security measures including

  antivirus, firewalls, and data protection policies

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  organizational and statutory IT policies

  .
• Regularly patch systems and monitor for

  security vulnerabilities

  .

Project & Vendor Coordination

• Support IT projects such as

  system upgrades, new deployments, and cloud migrations

  .
• Coordinate with

  external vendors

  for procurement, AMC contracts, and technical support.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain

  IT asset inventory, licensing, and hardware/software records

  .
• Prepare and update

  technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals

  .

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum

  5+ years of hands-on IT experience

  in system administration, network management, and user support.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security best practices, and troubleshooting.
