Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Executive based in Jaipur. The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Daily tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing network systems, and overseeing IT operations. The role will also involve assisting in implementing IT policies, ensuring system security, and working closely with other departments to meet their technology needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Proficiency in Network Administration and IT Operations
• Solid understanding of Information Technology principles and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
